Donna Lee Puglisi is described as 5’05” tall, weighing 140 lbs, with red hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing white jeans and is believed to be driving her blue 2006 four-door Lexus LS430 with license plate 5TAM473, accompanied by her family dog.
