Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public Assistance in Locating Missing At-Risk Individual John Tyrell Randolph in Lancaster

Lancaster, California – The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 67-year-old John Tyrell Randolph, who has been missing since Thursday, August 8, 2024. Mr. Randolph was last seen in the 4400 block of West Avenue J in Lancaster around 11:00 a.m.

John Tyrell Randolph is described as a Black male, 5’11” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and a beard. He has a missing left leg and is known to use a wheelchair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. Mr. Randolph requires regular medication and has been diagnosed with a mental health disorder, making his safe return all the more critical.

His family and loved ones are deeply concerned for his well-being and are pleading for any information that could lead to his safe return. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is actively investigating the case and is encouraging anyone with information to contact them at (323) 890-5500.
