The incident occurred in the drive-thru lane of a Taco Bell on Graham Road, where police responded to reports of gunfire shortly before 7:30 p.m.

The gunman, Jason Williams, 53, of Cuyahoga Falls, was also found dead at the scene, having taken his own life after shooting Keleman. After a brief exchange, Williams stepped out of his vehicle, shot Keleman, and then turned the gun on himself.
