Metropolitan Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Missing 12-Year-Old Zoey Palmer in Washington, DC

Washington, DC – The Metropolitan Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Zoey Palmer, who has been reported missing. Zoey was last seen on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, around 4:00 AM, in the 2900 block of Knox Place SE.

Zoey Palmer is described as a Black female, standing 4’11" tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, Zoey was wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, and was carrying a blue backpack.

The police have intensified their efforts to find Zoey, and they are appealing to anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward. The case is being handled by the Youth and Family Services Division, and any leads or tips can be directed to them at (202) 576-6768 or the Real Time Crime Center at (202) 727-9099. Tips can also be submitted anonymously via text to 50411.

Henderson Long, a concerned individual, shared on Facebook, urging the community to help locate Zoey. The police and Zoey’s family are deeply concerned about her safety and are asking for the community’s help in ensuring her safe return.

Anyone with information is strongly encouraged to contact the authorities immediately. The Metropolitan Police Department stresses the importance of community involvement in such cases and is counting on the public to aid in Zoey Palmer’s safe return.
