Milwaukee Community Expresses Concern as Search Continues for Missing 12-Year-Old Egypt Anderson

Milwaukee, WI – The search continues for 12-year-old Egypt Anderson, who has been missing since the early hours of Saturday, August 17. Anderson was last seen near 23rd and Burleigh around 2:30 a.m. She is described as an African American female, standing 5’2” tall, weighing 95 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white halter top, cream leggings, and tan gym shoes.

Local authorities have urged anyone with information regarding Egypt’s whereabouts to contact the Milwaukee police at 414-935-7272. The community has been actively sharing posts and prayers on social media, hoping for her safe return.

Lisa R Annoni posted on Facebook, expressing her concern and urging others to share information about Egypt. Sherry Stamps echoed these sentiments, sharing similar posts and asking for prayers. Another user, Lisa Coffey, commented, "Prayers for Egypt. Please let her find her way home."

The situation remains tense as the community awaits further updates from local news outlets, which have yet to confirm whether Egypt has been found. Family members and the wider Milwaukee community continue to hope for her safe return.
