Milwaukee Police Seek Public Assistance in Locating Critically Missing Latasha Anthony

Milwaukee, Wisconsin – The Milwaukee Police Department is urgently requesting the public’s help in locating 53-year-old Latasha Anthony, who has been missing since Saturday, August 17th, 2024. Latasha was last seen around 11:00 a.m. near the 900 block of N. 9th St. She was on foot at the time of her disappearance.

Latasha is described as an African American woman with a thin build. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has black hair styled in a ponytail. At the time she was last seen, Latasha was wearing black frame eyeglasses, a white shirt with a flower design on the front collar, black pants, and black shoes. She is known to suffer from a medical condition, which raises further concern for her safety.

The Milwaukee Police Department has urged anyone with information about Latasha’s whereabouts to contact District 1 at 414-935-7212 immediately.

Community members have taken to social media to spread the word and express their concerns. One post on Facebook reads, "Please share! Officials say 53-year-old Latasha Anthony was last seen near 9th and Wright around 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17."

The search for Latasha continues, with the hope that community efforts will help bring her home safely.
