Missing 20-Year-Old Lewis Corey Found Safe After Police and Community’s Concern in Lurgan

Lurgan, Northern Ireland – The community and local authorities breathed a collective sigh of relief as 20-year-old Lewis Corey, who was reported missing on Saturday evening, has been found safe and well. Lewis, who was last seen around 21:00 near Edward Street, Lurgan, sparked widespread concern as police issued an urgent appeal for information on his whereabouts.

Police Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon had expressed their deep concern for Lewis’s well-being. Described as 6ft tall with a slim build, dirty fair hair, and wearing a grey Superdry hoodie, jeans, and trainers, his sudden disappearance had alarmed many in the community.

The urgency of the situation was reflected in the numerous posts on social media, where friends and community members expressed their worry and hope for his safe return. Leonard Mckee urged, “Please share folks!” while Eva Thompson prayed, “Lord bring this lad back home.”

Fortunately, their concerns were alleviated when it was confirmed that Lewis had been found. Michael Corey posted, “He’s found,” followed by comments of relief and gratitude from others. Lisa White echoed the sentiments of many, saying, “Thank god glad he is found hope he is well and safe.”

The quick response from the police and the outpouring of community support played a crucial role in ensuring Lewis’s safe return.
