Missing 59-Year-Old Rolland Hower Found Safe After Search in Pleasant Prairie

Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin – Rolland Hower, a 59-year-old resident who was reported missing after last being seen near the 12100 block of 43rd Ave, Pleasant Prairie, has been safely located and returned home. Hower was last spotted around 8 pm wearing grey sweatpants and a black shirt, prompting concerns and a search effort led by local authorities.

The Pleasant Prairie Police Department shared an update on social media confirming Hower’s safe return. They extended their gratitude to the Lake County Sheriff’s Department K-9 unit, specifically K-9 Axel, for their crucial assistance in locating Hower.

Cathy Mills, a community member, shared her relief on Facebook just minutes after the announcement, reflecting the community’s collective concern and subsequent relief upon learning of Hower’s safe return.

The situation, which began with worry and uncertainty, ended with a positive outcome thanks to the coordinated efforts of law enforcement and the community’s vigilance.
