Hopkins County, Texas – Brenda Smith, an elderly woman suffering from Alzheimer’s, has been found safe after being reported missing earlier today. Smith was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and black leggings around noon in the Pine Forest community, located east of Sulphur Springs.

Local authorities, along with concerned residents, were actively searching for her after the announcement of her disappearance. The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office issued a call for information to aid in her safe return, prompting a wave of community support.

Northeast Texas Media reported, "Just found safe," indicating that Smith has been located and is now safe. The swift response from the community played a crucial role in ensuring her safe return.
