Murfreesboro Mourns the Loss of Beloved Teacher Ritch Campbell, Son of MCS Board Chairman Butch Campbell

Murfreesboro, Tennessee – The community is reeling from the tragic loss of Ritch Campbell, a beloved teacher and son of Murfreesboro City School Board Chairman Butch Campbell. Ritch Campbell passed away following an accident, leaving behind a grieving family, including his wife Guen, daughter Alanna, mother Janie, and brother Chris.

The news was shared by Butch Campbell on social media, where he expressed his profound sorrow. "It is with great sorrow that I post the passing of our son, RITCH CAMPBELL, resulting from an accident. Please keep his family, wife Guen, and daughter Alanna, mother Janie, brother Chris in your thoughts and prayers," Butch Campbell wrote. The family has announced that funeral arrangements will be forthcoming from Jennings and Ayers.

Ritch Campbell was known not only as the cherished son of a prominent local leader but also as an extraordinary educator who made a significant impact on the lives of many students in Murfreesboro.
