The incident occurred around 10 a.m. when police were called to Rime Village Drive, an area with a notorious reputation among locals as “Crime Village” due to its history of criminal activity. According to initial police reports, the situation escalated when Sanders, armed, allegedly fired at a woman in the presence of a police officer.
