NSW Police and Family Urge Public to Help Locate Missing 13-Year-Old Ally Ann Brownhill, Last Seen in North Nowra

North Nowra, Australia – The community is on high alert as 13-year-old Ally Ann Brownhill has been reported missing, last seen at her home in North Nowra on Friday, August 16, 2024. The NSW Police Force and her family have expressed deep concern for her welfare due to her young age.

Ally Ann is described as being of Caucasian appearance, standing between 150cm and 155cm tall, with a medium build. She has distinctive orange hair and brown eyes. Police have noted that she is known to frequent the Blacktown area, raising concerns that she may have traveled there.

The NSW Police Force has issued a public appeal for assistance in locating Ally Ann. They urge anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Nowra Police Station or Crime Stoppers immediately.

The community has rallied around the family, with many taking to social media to share their thoughts and prayers. Barbara Thompson commented, "Hope she’s found safe and well," echoing the sentiments of many others. Melita Sampson also expressed her concern, stating, "I hope Ally-Ann will be found safe and well." Other community members like Maggie Rodely and Jeanette Caban have shared the missing person’s information widely in the hopes of bringing Ally Ann home.

Local resident Laura Marcocci mentioned on Facebook that she saw Ally Ann on Friday, just before lunch, walking into Nowra Fair. This sighting could be crucial in helping the authorities locate the missing teenager.

As the search continues, the family and community hold on to hope for Ally Ann’s safe return. Vickie Smith-Waite summed up the collective concern with her comment, "Hopefully she will come home safely and asap."
