Janet was last seen in the 1000 block of Eliot Street, wearing a white hoodie, black leggings, and carrying a blue purse. She was also using a walker at the time of her disappearance.
Authorities have classified Janet Blackwell as a "Missing Person at Risk" due to her medical condition, which heightens the urgency of the search. Residents are encouraged to call 9-1-1 immediately if they have any information about her whereabouts.
