Nadi, Fiji – The search continues for 48-year-old Aliti Kula, who was reported missing after last being seen by a family member early in the morning on July 27, 2024, at her home in Dratabu. Her sudden disappearance has caused significant concern among both her family and the authorities.
According to the Fiji Police Force, Ms. Kula was last seen around 3 a.m. on the day she went missing. Later that morning, when her family could not locate her, they discovered that some of her belongings were also missing. Despite their efforts and the ongoing police search, her whereabouts remain unknown. The police are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in the search by contacting Crimestoppers or the Western Command Centre.
The local community has expressed their worries and hopes for Ms. Kula’s safe return. Many have taken to Facebook to share their thoughts and prayers. Junior Lagilagi wrote, "Hope you are safe! May God’s mighty angels surround you & keep you under His protection." Another concerned individual, Vani Vulavou Nasau Smith, commented, "Wherever you are, hope you are safe and you will return to your family soon."
Theories about her disappearance have also emerged on social media, with some speculating that domestic issues may be a factor. Andrew Mcgoon noted, "She probably had enough because of maybe some domestic issues???"
