Orrville Police Seek Public’s Help in Search for Missing Person Robert Clinton Moss, Last Seen in Wooster, Ohio

Orrville, Ohio – The Orrville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Robert Clinton Moss, a 43-year-old man who has been missing since April 2023. Moss was last seen on April 6th, 2023, in the 1200 block of Rebecca Street in Wooster, Ohio, and his disappearance was reported to the Orrville Police on August 13th, 2024.

According to the Orrville Police Department’s press release, Moss had not been seen by his family since 2022. The police immediately entered him into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a missing person upon receiving the report. Moss has connections to Spencer, West Virginia, and authorities there are also involved in the search.

Moss is described as a 6-foot-1-inch tall male, weighing 215 pounds, with green eyes and brown/grey hair. He has several distinctive tattoos, including "1980" on his ankle, "Eyeball" on his foot, "1930" on his leg, "Scorpio" on his leg, and "A" or "Aimee" on his arm.

The Orrville Police Department urges anyone with information regarding Moss’s whereabouts to contact them at (330) 684-5025 or to reach out to their local police department. For those preferring to remain anonymous, tips can be texted to 847411, with "OPD" included in the body of the message.

The community has also expressed concern for Moss’s safety. The Orrville Police Department’s Facebook post about Moss’s disappearance received numerous comments, with local residents sharing their thoughts and prayers for his safe return.

The Orrville Police Department, in coordination with Spencer Police and the West Virginia State Police, continues its efforts to locate Moss, and they hope the public can provide crucial information that leads to his discovery.
