Steve was reportedly wearing a blue hoodie and dark pants when he was last spotted. His distinct tattoos, including "Love" on the left side of his neck, "Joanna" on the right side of his head, and "Reina" on his left wrist, may help in identifying him.
Authorities have classified Steve as endangered due to troubling statements he made via text messages prior to his disappearance.
