Seaforde, Co Down – Paul O’Neill, a beloved resident of Seaforde, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2024, at the Marie Curie Hospice in Belfast. He was surrounded by his devoted wife, Jean, and their children, Conor, Brendan, and Catríona, during his final moments. Paul’s passing marks a profound loss for his family, friends, and the entire Seaforde community.
Paul was cherished as a loving husband and father. He was the much-loved son of Celine and the late Hugh O’Neill, and his memory will be held dear by his sister Helen, and his brother Brian. Paul’s extended family, including brother-in-law Barney O’Toole and sister-in-law Aine, along with numerous friends and relatives, mourn his loss deeply.
The funeral service for Paul O’Neill will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024. Those wishing to pay their respects can gather at 184 Newcastle Road, Seaforde, BT30 8NZ, at 9:30 am. The Requiem Mass will begin at 10:00 am in St. Macartan’s Church, Loughinisland, with interment to follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family welcomes all to join in celebrating Paul’s life.
