Pembroke Pines Police Urgently Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing 53-Year-Old Ana Lucia Casares

Pembroke Pines, Florida – The Pembroke Pines Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 53-year-old Ana Lucia Casares, who was last seen in the Century Village community on Wednesday evening, August 14, 2024. Casares, who is described as 5’2, 105 pounds, with brown hair, was last spotted wearing red pants, a grey jacket, and carrying a green and yellow handbag.

Authorities have expressed deep concern for Casares’s well-being as she suffers from bipolar schizophrenia and has recently made suicidal threats. Additionally, she is epileptic and has not been taking her medication, further heightening the urgency of the situation.

Casares was last seen walking away from her residence at 13255 SW 7th Ct, Apt 303, around 7:30 PM. The police have issued a missing person report and are asking anyone who may have seen her or has any information to contact Detective Pinzon at the Pembroke Pines Police Department.

The police department’s Facebook post about Casares’s disappearance has prompted several community members to share their thoughts and concerns. Annie Soubasis-Santa Maria commented, "Hope she’s found safe," reflecting the sentiments of many who are anxiously awaiting news of Casares’s whereabouts.

Jaz Mia also took to social media, sharing the post to the "Missing In Florida" group, in hopes of expanding the search efforts. The Pembroke Pines Police Department continues to search the area and urges residents to remain vigilant.
