Phil Harris, Missing from Vancouver, Washington Since April 2023 – Community Rallies to Find Him

Phil Harris, a 50-year-old man from Vancouver, Washington, has been missing since April 24, 2023. Despite extensive efforts, he remains missing, leaving his community in a state of concern and desperation. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Major Crime Unit is actively involved in the case, designated as Case #233383, with the public urged to share any information that could help locate him.

Harris, who has blue eyes, pierced ears, and multiple tattoos, including full sleeves on his arms, went missing over a year ago. His vehicle was recovered at the Safeway in Hazel Dell Marketplace, yet there has been no sign of him since.

The community has been relentless in their efforts to keep Harris’s face and information in the public eye. A Facebook page dedicated to finding Phil Harris continues to gather support and shares, with many expressing their disbelief and determination to bring him home.

Sandy Turk, a member of the community, expressed her frustration on Facebook, stating, "I just can’t believe no one knows anything. I will share it again." Another supporter, Heather Barker, mentioned, "Shared to a West Coast missing person page," and Amber Shaver simply posted, "Shared."

Phil Harris’s case has also been listed with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) under #MP107954. The public is encouraged to contact the Clark County Sheriff’s Office or the dedicated email, findphilharris@gmail.com, with any information.
