According to reports, Woodley, also known by the nickname "Qwan," left his home at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday and has not been seen since.
Woodley is described as a Black male, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a green or gray shirt paired with pajama pants and was carrying two bags, one of which was a Target bag. Although Woodley uses a limited amount of words, he is able to understand what is being said to him, which has added to the concern for his well-being.
A missing person report has been filed with both the Philadelphia and SEPTA police departments, and community members have been asked to keep an eye out for him.
