Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota – The Pine County Sheriff’s Office is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 39-year-old Daniel Imes, who has been missing since the evening of August 13. Imes, who left a group home on Settlers Pond Drive in Sturgeon Lake on foot around 6 p.m., was last seen walking through backyards in the area. His current whereabouts remain unknown.
Daniel Imes is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt with black and gray pants. Notably, Imes walks with a limp and does not have access to a cell phone, vehicle, or money, which raises significant concern for his safety.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Pine County Sheriff’s Office have issued a missing person alert, urging anyone with information to immediately contact them at 320-629-8438 or dial 911.
The community has also rallied on social media to spread the word about Imes’ disappearance. Carlie Draxten shared, "Shared in Cloquet. Praying he is found safe!" Joey Krueth expressed his concern, posting, "Praying he is located safe and reunited with his family and friends soon, in Jesus’s name oh Lord, please hear our prayers, we thank You Father, amen."
