The Plano Police Department has issued a missing person bulletin, urging the community to help locate Posada, who was last seen wearing a red hat, red shirt, gray shorts, and gray-striped shoes.
According to the police report, Posada left his vehicle and cell phone behind at home but may have taken a laptop and an iPhone without cellular service.
