Columbia, Maryland – William Marshall III, a 17-year-old, has been identified by Howard County authorities as the suspect in the fatal shooting of Angelo Little, also 17, at The Mall of Columbia on July 27, 2024.

Police have released a photo of Marshall, urging the public’s help in locating him. They have warned that his capture is a matter of public safety, and a $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to his arrest.

The incident reportedly occurred after a confrontation inside the mall, with security footage linking Marshall to the scene. Following the shooting, Marshall fled, prompting a widespread search by local law enforcement.
