Brown, a white male, stands approximately 6 feet tall and weighs around 150 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes, making him easily recognizable.
The sheriff’s office has shared that Brown’s last known whereabouts were in Union Mills, and since then, there has been no contact or sighting.
