Sade Troester Archer of Grand Island, NE, Passes Away at 36; Family Seeks Support for Funeral Costs

Grand Island, Nebraska – Sade Troester Archer, a beloved member of the deaf community in Lincoln and Grand Island, passed away suddenly on August 24, 2024, at the age of 36. Sade is survived by her mother, Mary Davies, and her three children, Rayna, Remy, and Kaci Mason.

Sade, who grew up in Marquette and Grand Island, attended Walnut Middle School and Grand Island Senior High. She was well-known and cherished within the local deaf community, where she made a significant impact on those around her. Her unexpected passing has left a deep void among her family, friends, and community members.

To help cover the funeral expenses, Sade’s mother, Mary Davies, has organized a GoFundMe fundraiser. Sade did not have life insurance, which has made it difficult for her family to manage the costs associated with her cremation, funeral service, tombstone, and gravesite plot. The fundraiser aims to alleviate some of the financial burdens during this challenging time.

Support has been pouring in on social media. Alexis Hass, a friend of Sade, expressed her deep sorrow, stating, "I will do anything for this beautiful soul girl." Lacey Renee also shared the fundraiser, encouraging others to donate or share to help Sade’s family.

Mary Davies and her family are grateful for any support, whether it be through donations or by spreading the word. They also ask that the community keeps Sade’s children in their prayers as they navigate this difficult period.
