Sarah-Maude Gagnon, 24, of Saint-Marcellin, Passes Away on August 9

Saint-Marcellin, Quebec – The community mourns the loss of Sarah-Maude Gagnon, a 24-year-old resident of Saint-Marcellin, who passed away on August 9, 2024. Sarah-Maude’s passing has left a profound void in the hearts of her loved ones and all who knew her.

Born to the late Martin Gagnon and Julie Larouche, Sarah-Maude was known for her kind-hearted nature and the warmth she brought to everyone around her. She is survived by her mother, Julie Larouche, her loving partner, Léo Moulin, and her brother, Thomas, who holds cherished memories of their time together.

Sarah-Maude was also dearly loved by her partner’s family, including parents-in-law Éric and Sabine, and brothers-in-law Valentin and Guilhem, who embraced her as a treasured family member. The extended Larouche and Gagnon families are also grieving the loss of Sarah-Maude, remembering her bright spirit and the joy she brought into their lives.

A viewing to honor Sarah-Maude’s life will be held at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Abitibi in La Sarre on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. A ceremony celebrating her life will follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel. For those unable to attend in person, a remote viewing option will be available starting on the same day.

Sarah-Maude Gagnon’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, her spirit and kindness continuing to inspire all who were fortunate to know her. May she rest in peace.
