Harley Morris is described as 6’3", weighing 160 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. On the night he disappeared, he was wearing a black jacket with grey sleeves, black pants, and a black Prime 102 baseball-style cap. His last known movements have been pieced together through a timeline that includes visits to several local establishments before he vanished.

At approximately 3:09 AM on January 21, Harley was captured on a resident’s surveillance camera walking north on Grand Avenue, crossing 27th Street. This was the last confirmed sighting of him. His friends reported that he planned to get a ride home with someone else, but he has not been heard from since.

The Tyler Police Department is leading the investigation, urging anyone with information to come forward. Crimestoppers has offered a reward of up to $1,000 for tips that lead to Harley’s whereabouts, with the stipulation that tips must be provided directly to Crimestoppers to qualify for the reward.
