She was last seen driving her 2012 red Chevy Cruze with Oregon license plate 747EDB. Wilson had been en route to visit a friend in Chiloquin, Oregon, but she never arrived at her destination. Authorities have been tirelessly searching for her, and the investigation is ongoing.
The Myrtle Creek Police Department, in coordination with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Oregon State Police, and US Forest Service Law Enforcement, has been conducting an extensive search in the remote areas surrounding Highway 138E, where her vehicle was last spotted. Despite deploying a plane to search the area, thick smoke from nearby wildfires has hampered aerial search efforts.
