Matthew Eugene Marshall, a 29-year-old man from Hot Springs, South Dakota, has been missing since July 23, 2024. The last confirmed sighting of Marshall was in Hot Springs, but authorities believe he could be in the Rapid City area.
Marshall was last seen wearing a black tank top. He is described as 5’9" tall, weighing approximately 150 lbs., with black hair, a goatee, and a mustache. He has several distinctive tattoos, including a black ink tattoo of the letter "M" behind his right ear, a cursive "Death Before Dishonor" on his left forearm, and various other tattoos on his chest, forearms, and torso.
The Hot Springs Police Department is leading the investigation, and anyone with information is urged to contact Investigator Brandon Petersen at (605) 745-5200, referencing case number HS24-01161.
