Langley, a 54-year-old resident of Romulus, New York, who has been missing for over three weeks. Langley, who was reported missing by his family, was last seen in the area and has not made contact since.
Langley is described as a white male, standing 5’8" tall, weighing 200 pounds, with hazel eyes, a goatee, and a bald head. Authorities have noted that there is no credible information suggesting that Langley is operating a motor vehicle. However, he is known to frequent the City of Rochester, which has been highlighted as a potential area of interest in the search.
