Cumming, Georgia – The mystery surrounding the disappearance of Patrice Endres, a 38-year-old wife and mother, has gripped the community for over a decade. On Thursday, April 15, 2004, between 11:30 AM and 12:00 Noon, Patrice vanished from her salon, Tamber’s Trim ‘N Tan, located on Matt Highway/Highway 369 in Cumming, Forsyth County, Georgia. Her sudden disappearance has left law enforcement and her family searching for answers ever since.
Patrice was last seen shortly before 11:30 AM that day. When the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene, they found troubling signs. Money had been taken from the salon, Patrice’s lunch remained untouched, her car keys were left behind, and her vehicle had been moved from its usual spot. These details painted a chilling picture of a potential abduction.
Tragically, on December 6, 2005, Patrice’s skeletal remains were discovered behind a church off Kelly Bridge Road in Dawson County, Georgia. The discovery confirmed the worst fears of her family and the community, but many questions remain unanswered.
One of the most enduring mysteries is the whereabouts of Patrice’s wedding ring, which has never been recovered. The ring, described as having two bands soldered together with a marquise diamond center stone, could hold a crucial clue in identifying the person responsible for her disappearance and death. Law enforcement officials are hopeful that someone might recognize the ring and come forward with information that could lead to a breakthrough in the case.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) continues to seek any leads related to this case. Anyone with information is urged to contact the GBI tip line at 800-597-8477.
As the community remembers Patrice Endres, the hope remains that one day, justice will be served, and the full story behind her tragic death will be revealed.
