Tacoma Community Continues Search for Missing 23-Year-Old Aidan Spear, Family Pleads for Justice

Tacoma, WA – The family of Aidan Spear, a 23-year-old woman who has been missing since January 24, 2022, is continuing their efforts to find answers and bring her home. Aidan, who was ready to turn her life around and seek help for substance use and mental health issues, disappeared after last being seen in the Hosmer area of Tacoma.

Aidan had contacted her mother, Jessica, on the morning of her disappearance, saying she was prepared to enter treatment but would be late. Tragically, this was the last communication Jessica ever received from her daughter. Days passed without any contact, prompting Jessica to file a missing persons report with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office. Despite the passage of time, Aidan’s family remains determined to uncover the truth about her disappearance.

Recent information suggests that Aidan was searching for her abusive boyfriend, Andre Z Harris, before she went missing. After messaging several people, she agreed to meet Mykel Moore in Tacoma, where she was last seen. Disturbingly, rumors have circulated that Harris and Moore may have been involved in placing Aidan in the trunk of a black BMW sedan, which was later found in an impound lot. However, despite these leads, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department has been criticized for not thoroughly investigating the vehicle or pursuing a warrant to search it.

The community and organizations like Season of Justice have rallied to support Aidan’s family, sharing her story through ad campaigns and social media. A Facebook post from Season of Justice urged the public to continue spreading awareness about Aidan’s case to bring her family the answers they desperately need.

As the search for Aidan continues, her family and friends are urging anyone with information to come forward. They remain hopeful that even the smallest piece of information could lead to a breakthrough in the case.

If you have any information about Aidan’s whereabouts or those involved in her disappearance, please contact the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office at (253) 798-7530 or submit an anonymous tip through Tacoma-Pierce County Crime Stoppers.
