"One of the things I think about in law enforcement is if you can help somebody in your career—change somebody’s life—the best place to do that is with students. If you can touch a kid’s life, you can change the kid’s life for the rest of their life," McCutcheon once remarked. His approach and dedication earned him the title of Employee of the Quarter in 2017, a testament to his significant contributions to the community.
