Kevin was last seen leaving his home on Blacklock Avenue at approximately 11:20 a.m. and has not returned since.
Authorities report that Kevin was spotted walking through Hiseman Lane, passing Humphrey Kemp Avenue, and onto Fuller Lane shortly after leaving his home. He then boarded a bus on Te Atatū Road around 11:41 a.m., heading towards New Lynn. Kevin disembarked at the New Lynn transport hub at 11:55 a.m., which marks the last confirmed sighting of him.
At the time of his disappearance, Kevin was wearing a blue jacket, red shirt, green trousers, and blue trainers. He was also carrying a fluorescent green backpack. His family reported him missing later that evening at 7:48 p.m., sparking a search effort by the police.
New Zealand Missing Persons shared a post on Facebook to raise awareness about Kevin’s disappearance, urging anyone with information to come forward. "Have you seen Kevin?" the post asks, alongside details of his last known movements. The police and his family are particularly concerned for his wellbeing and are appealing to the public for assistance.
