Los Gatos, California – Authorities and the community are urgently searching for 14-year-old Jaylene Nicole Martinez, who has been missing since August 25, 2024. Jaylene was last seen in the Los Gatos area, and there are concerns that she may have traveled to nearby Santa Barbara County or Santa Cruz County, California.
Jaylene, who may also go by the name "Jay," was described as having pink highlights in her hair at the time of her disappearance. Both photos provided by authorities show Jaylene as a young female who may still be in the local area or possibly elsewhere in California.
The Los Gatos Police Department is actively investigating her disappearance and has urged anyone with information about Jaylene’s whereabouts to contact them at 1-408-354-8600. Additionally, tips can be submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at their 24-hour Call Center by dialing 1-800-843-5678.
