Richard was last seen in Arizona City on Friday, August 9, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM.
Richard Lopez, described as standing 5’11" tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black pants.
