Perkasie, Pennsylvania – The community is on high alert as the search intensifies for 16-year-old Nathan West, who has been missing since Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Nathan, a white male standing 5’3" and weighing 134 lbs, was last seen leaving his biological father’s house. He was expected to return to his home on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., but has not been heard from since.
Nathan’s parents, Anthony Wallis and Jessica Elizabeth Denson, are desperately seeking help to locate their son. In a heartfelt post on social media, Anthony Wallis shared their concerns: "We haven’t heard from our son since Wednesday, 07 Aug 2024. If anyone has any knowledge of where he is, please contact the Perkasie Borough Police Department."
The family has been able to track Nathan’s approximate location using the Verizon Smart Family app, but he has turned off his location services and filters, making it impossible to reach him. There is some unconfirmed information that suggests he may be near Ocean City, NJ, but he could still be in or around Perkasie, including nearby towns such as Souderton, Sellersville, and Hatfield.
The Perkasie Borough Police Department is actively involved in the search, and anyone with information is urged to contact them immediately at (215) 257-6876. The West family is also asking anyone with any details, even if it’s second-hand information, to reach out to them directly.
The community has rallied around the family, with many expressing their support and prayers on social media. Bob Riley commented, "Anthony, I’m so sorry to hear this. My thoughts and prayers are with your family, my friend. I hope he gets home soon!" Others, like Angela Struna, have also shared their concern, saying, "Praying your son returns home safe."
As the days go by, the urgency to locate Nathan grows. The West family and the entire Perkasie community are pleading for any assistance in bringing Nathan home safely. Please share this information widely and contact the authorities if you have any leads on Nathan’s whereabouts.
