The young boy, of Western and Simbu origin, was wearing a white round-neck T-shirt and blue shorts when he went missing around 8:30 PM in the 9mile Makana area.
His family, particularly his father, David Wex, is urgently appealing to anyone with information about Kapson’s whereabouts. They have requested that anyone who may have seen Kapson or knows where he might be to come forward.
