Bear, Delaware – Authorities have issued a Green Alert for 48-year-old George "Chad" Wilkie, a military veteran from Bear, Delaware, who has been missing since the afternoon of August 18, 2024. Concerns for his welfare and safety are growing as all attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.
Chad Wilkie was last seen leaving his home, and he may be driving a white Ford Expedition with Delaware registration PC421032. He is described as being 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was possibly wearing a dark-colored shirt and flip-flops at the time of his disappearance. Authorities also note that he may be in possession of a firearm, heightening the concern for his safety.
The New Castle County Division of Police is urging anyone with information about Chad’s whereabouts to contact them immediately by dialing 911 or reaching out through their official Facebook page.
