Urgent Search Underway for Missing Peachtree City Man, Jarod Neidlinger, Believed to Be in Mental Health Crisis

Peachtree City, Georgia – The Peachtree City Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jarod Neidlinger, who has been missing since Tuesday and is believed to be in a mental health crisis. Authorities are particularly concerned for his safety, as Neidlinger was last seen in the wooded areas of the south end of Peachtree City and Senoia, wearing only shorts, a t-shirt, and no shoes.

Police have reported that Neidlinger may be disoriented and could potentially run away from anyone attempting to approach him. Despite efforts by police and volunteers, who have managed to surround him on three occasions, Neidlinger has successfully evaded capture each time, further heightening concerns for his well-being.

His mother has been deeply involved in the search and is urging anyone with information about her son’s whereabouts to immediately contact 911. The community has also rallied around the search efforts, with numerous individuals expressing their concern and hope on social media platforms.

Bonnie Hope, one of the many concerned community members, posted on Facebook, "I hope he is found safe," echoing the sentiments of those who are anxiously awaiting news of his safe return.

The situation remains critical, and anyone with knowledge of Jarod Neidlinger’s location is strongly encouraged to come forward to aid in bringing him home safely. The Peachtree City Police continue to monitor the situation closely, emphasizing the importance of community vigilance during this challenging time.
