Mr. Cramer, who resides in St. John, was last observed in the vicinity of the "Tap Room" at Mongoose Junction wearing a grey t-shirt and ¾ dark green pants.
The local authorities are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in locating Mr. Cramer. His description has been circulated widely, noting that he is 5’10" tall, weighs 180 lbs., and is of Caucasian descent.
