Fort Gay, West Virginia – The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is urgently requesting the public’s help in locating 19-year-old Caleb Marcum, who has been missing since August 7, 2024. Caleb’s vehicle was discovered on Paddle Creek Road in Fort Gay, West Virginia, with his wallet and car keys left inside the vehicle. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance have raised significant concerns within the community.
The AWARE Foundation, Inc. has been actively involved in spreading awareness about Caleb’s disappearance. The foundation, along with several news outlets, including WSAZ NewsChannel 3, WCHS Eyewitness News, and WOWK 13 NEWS, have shared the news widely in hopes of locating Caleb.
Community members have also taken to social media to express their concern and support. Trisha Lilly posted, "Prayers," while Faith Bailey shared the missing person information in Jackson County, WV. Teresa Nance urged everyone to spread the word, stating, "Shared Everywhere."
